Frozen shoulder is also commonly known as adhesive capsulitis. As the name suggests, it is a condition where the patient suffers from pain and stiffness in the shoulder joints. This problem is mainly seen in mid and old-age people. It is especially during the nighttime when the hand becomes even stiffer. Hence, to cure frozen shoulder, you must do the �Range of Motion exercises.

Here are some of the exercises you must do:

  • A: Frozen shoulder: Pendular, Wall ladders, Wall mash, R O M with the stick, sleepers stretch
  • B: Rotator Cut-Off exercises: Thera band, VWT exercise

Simple exercises, can make a huge difference and help patients recover from frozen shoulders at the earliest.
