Frozen shoulder is also commonly known as adhesive capsulitis. As the name suggests, it is a condition where the patient suffers from pain and stiffness in the shoulder joints. This problem is mainly seen in mid and old-age people. It is especially during the nighttime when the hand becomes even stiffer. Hence, to cure frozen shoulder, you must do the ‘Range of Motion exercises.

- B: Rotator Cut-Off exercises: Thera band, VWT exercise
